2025年、新年あけましておめでとうございます。謹んで新春のお慶びを申し上げます。
昨年中は格別のご愛顧を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。昨年は多くの関係者の皆様に大変お世話になりました。世の中のガバナンス強化や海外子会社のマネジメント体制の強化といったトレンドからもたらされるアドバイザリーサービスや海外子会社の内部監査に加え、M&AやIPOといった企業の成長に係る案件に数多く携わらせて頂きました。
2025年はプライム企業への日英同時開示の義務化が始まり、また、大企業・上場企業を中心に新リース会計の準備が開始されることが想定されます。開業以来、”グローバル社会に信頼と安心を”モットーに経営をして参りましたが、本年もより一層の高品質なサービス提供を行い、クライアント様の成長と安心経営に貢献できるよう、弊所一同精進して参ります。

Happy New Year 2025! We would like to wish you a very Happy New Year.
We would like to thank you for your exceptional patronage during the past year. I would like to thank the many stakeholders for their support last year. In addition to advisory services and internal audits of overseas subsidiaries brought about by trends such as the strengthening of governance and management systems of overseas subsidiaries, we were involved in many projects related to corporate growth, such as M&A and IPOs.
In 2025, simultaneous Japanese-English disclosure will become mandatory for prime companies, and preparation for new lease accounting is expected to begin, particularly for large and listed companies. Since our office launch, we have operated under the motto ‘Trust and Security in a global society’, and we will continue to provide even higher quality services this year, and will do our utmost to contribute to the growth and secure management of our clients.
