昨年中は格別のご愛顧を賜り、厚く御礼申し上げます。昨年は多くの関係者の皆様に大変お世話になりました。世の中のガバナンス強化や内部監査やJ-SOXの高度化、海外子会社のマネジメント体制の強化といったトレンドからもたらされるアドバイザリーサービスや国内外の内部監査支援に加え、国内市場への上場支援、更には米国市場(Nasdaq)への支援など幅広いお引き合いを頂きました。
2026年は東証のグロース市場の厳格化からもたらされるIPO戦略の変更、また、上場企業だけでなく非上場企業においても期待が高まるガバナンスの強化と内部監査の国内外での高度化、更には日本全体でより一層の課題となるリソース不足からの業務標準化や見える化へのニーズが高まることが想定されます。また、大企業・上場企業を中心に新リース会計の準備が開始されることが想定されます。

Happy New Year 2026. We would like to extend our sincerest wishes for the New Year.
We wish to express our deep gratitude for your valued patronage and support throughout the past year. Last year, we were privileged to receive tremendous support from numerous stakeholders. Driven by prevailing trends such as strengthened governance, enhanced internal audit and J-SOX frameworks, and improved management systems for overseas subsidiaries, we received a wide range of enquiries spanning advisory services, domestic and international internal audit support, IPO assistance for both the domestic market and the US market (Nasdaq).
In 2026, we anticipate several significant developments: changes in IPO strategies resulting from stricter requirements in the Tokyo Stock Exchange’s Growth Market; increased expectations for strengthened governance and enhanced internal audit functions both domestically and internationally, not only amongst listed companies but also private enterprises; and growing demand for business standardisation and operational transparency to address resource shortages across Japan. Additionally, we expect major corporations and listed companies to commence preparations for new lease accounting standards.
